Unusual metastatic spread from carcinoma of the prostate.

: A case of prostatic carcinoma with unusual lymphatic spread is presented. The usefulness of the immunohistochemical staining reactions for prostate specific antigen and acid prostatic phosphatase along with transrectal ultrasonographic investigation are emphasized.
