Comment on the Circulation Consciousness Awakening of Librarians

This paper brings forward how to improve librarians' consciousness level through the analysis of the shortage of librarians' circulation consciousness.It aims to appeal librarians to strengthen their circulation consciousness.In the view of circulation consciousness,they should scan readers,librarians,the way of service and translate into the passion of the job and motility of practice.It' s a constructive significance of developing library career,the whole development of stuffs and improving the quality and level of reader service.
