Art based research

This paper describes part of the doctoral research carried out at PPGACV-FAV-UFG, on the research line of Visual Poetics and Creative Processes. The line of research has the characteristic plastic creation and development of theoretical knowledge, in traditional thesis format. What ends up generating a thesis-creation grounded in Arts Based Research, as this is one of the fundamental methodologies for the academic artist be able to investigate the creative act itself. As a plastic object, my proposal is to create visual narratives based on the representation of views obtained from Non Ordinary States of Consciousness (lucid dreams, ayahuasca and holotropic breathwork).
