Research of the Modeling of Pneumatic Position Servo System

this paper discusses the theoretic analysis for pneumatic position servo system and clarifies the theory and characteristic of pneumatic servo system model.Then,analyze the rank of the model,the friction and the equation of the system and the problem to be dealt with.At last,the study of the model using PID controller is made.The simulation results show that the model is correct.
