PURPOSE: To provide a drive combining device capable of providing rotational oscillation cushioning by properly measuring a special spring and a frictional element. CONSTITUTION: This drive combining device in a drive linking system of a vehicle with a prime mover has a special spring member and a frictional member for rotational oscillation cushioning so as to precisely measure the cushioning of rotational oscillation. Consequently, a thin plate laminated body 8 energized by a spring is useful, and this laminated body 8 connects a driving disc 1 and a driven shaft 4 to each other so as to be engaged with each other by frictional force.
