The hardware-in-the-loop simulation system is connected with a test PC host machine which is connected with the calibration measuring equipment. The replaced battery single body and slave control board are simulated by the hardware-in-the-loop simulation system. The new energy vehicle battery management system master and slave control board hardware-in-the-loop test system has the advantages that the comprehensive tests of the master control board and slave control board of a new energy vehicle battery management system can be carried out, the tests comprise various working condition tests of a normal system and function tests of an abnormal system, the small capacity battery unit simulation equipment is employed to simulate the voltage and temperature signals of the single battery body collected by one slave control board, and the cost of the whole set of equipment is greatly reduced.
