Non-surgical treatment of primary liver cancer

The primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract,which most are diagnosed at late stage,has lost the opportunity for surgical resection,and seriously endanger the patient's life.This article evalu ates the application and efficacy of a variety of non-surgical means in the treatment of primary liver cancer from the different levels.The percutaneous transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE) is preferred in non-surgical treat ment,and it is considered to be one of the most effective methods,the TACE-based treatments play a very important role in the control of tumor growth,improve the quality of life and prolong survival,this paper expounds the applica tion and effect evaluation of non-surgical treatment in primary liver cancer from different aspects.
