Модифицирующее влияние антагониста Н3/Н4-гистаминовых рецепторов имопроксифана на продукцию интерлейкина-10 в мононуклеарных клеточных культурах у больных инфарктом миокарда

The problem of histamine and cytokine activation in patients with Q-positive myocardial infarction (Q-MI) and opportunities of its correction are studied very intensively at present time. The aim of this study was researching IL-10 spontaneous and stimulated production in mononuclear cell cultures (MCC) supernatants in an initial condition and after experimental application of the H3/H4-antagonist imoproxifan (I) at 12 patients Q-ИМ. We demonstrated that I increased IL-10 concentration in MCC, also with TGFβ1 stimulation. Obtained data can be used in the development of new methods of cytokine correction in Q-MI.
