『我身にたどる姫君』中的「女帝」與「天」‧「唐」

2014
The Empress ("Jotei") of "Wagami ni Tadoru Himegimi" is the extremely rare character in the history of Japanese tales. She has a nature of heavenly maiden in common with the heroine of "Ima Torikaebaya". Women of Tang in "Hamamatsu Chunagon Monogatari" bears some resemblance to the heroine of "Ima Torikaebaya" because they are rather different from Japanese ordinary women. Deng Empress of "Matsura no Miya Monogatari" is a precedent of Jotei in terms of political skills and knowledge. Analyzing the pictures of these female characters, it is revealed that the character formation of "Jotei" has relation with "Heaven" and "Tang". In particular, it is important that there are remarks in those tales that people of Tang are more candid than Japanese.
