Development of vibratory gas-cleaning equipment for chemico-metallurgical productions

Results are presented for the development and testing of mock-up and experimental-industrial prototypes of an annular vibratory absorber with a resonance type of vibration exciter, which is intended for the deep cleaning of gases emitted during chemico-metallurgical productions. Optimal design and regime operating parameters of the equipment, which ensure high entrapment efficiency of toxic gaseous impurities at increased gas flows, are obtained.
