Роль оптической когерентной топографии в диагностике патологии позвоночника у слабовидящих школьников

2017
The survey results are presented of the examination of musculoskeletal system in 162 visually impaired school child (7-18 years) using computer optical topography. The method is based on the projecting of structured spine images in the form of a point matrix, lines, and systems in three dimensions bands. The control group is composed of 60 regular school students aged 7-17 years. It is found that disorders in posture and muscular balance, vertical deflection of trunk, pelvic obliquity and spinal torsion are more pronounced (p < 0,05) among the visually impaired students compared with the control group. The significant differences are not found in boys and girls, when studying the influence of gender on spine condition. The method allows to provide visually impaired school children with more differentiated pathogenetically reasonable rehabilitation assistance, considering ophthalmopathology, refractive disorders and changes in musculoskeletal system.
