The invention discloses a forklift hill-holding control flow which comprises the following steps: performing a forklift hill-holding flow, and judging whether an output value of an accelerator is 0 through a controller; performing a speed ring regulation to execute a torque command and continuously judging whether the output value of the accelerator is 0 if the output value of the accelerator is not 0; performing position ring regulation and executing the torque command if the output value of the accelerator is 0; jumping out of the flow. The invention aims to provide the forklift hill-holding control flow through which a position holding function, a small back slip distance and a non-over-control phenomenon can be realized on a hill aiming at the defects in the prior art.
