The invention relates to the field of air treatment devices, in particular to an insulated base with telescopic contacts and an oxygen generation apparatus. The oxygen generation apparatus comprises two telescopic contacts and the insulated base. A telescopic structure is enabled to be conductive and a base is insulated, so that a conductive article put on the base can be ensured to be conductive and the insulated base enables the conductive article not to be completely conductive; the insulated base is high-temperature-resistant and high in strength; and due to the insulated base with the telescopic elastic contacts in the apparatus, the problems of poor contact and electrode erosion of electrodes easily caused by long-term use are solved, the problem of poor contact of the electrodes after long-term use is effectively avoided, the risk of electrode erosion is lowered, the service life of the electrodes can be prolonged, and a product is simpler in structure and easier to process and manufacture.
