FIELD: metalloorganic synthesis, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention describes a method for synthesis of 2,3-dialkyl-5-alkylidenemagnesacyclopent-2-enes of the general formula (1): wherein R means C 2 H 5 , n -C 3 H 7 , n -C 4 H 9 ; R' means n -C 5 H 11 , n -C 7 H 15 . Method involves interaction of disubstituted acetylene of the general formula: R-≡-R wherein R is given above with 1,2-alkadiene of the general formula: R'-= . = wherein R' is given above and butylmagnesium chloride of the formula: n -BuMgCl in the presence of zirconacene dichloride of the formula: Cp 2 ZrCl 2 as a catalyst wherein these components are taken in the ratio R-≡-R : R'-= . = : n -BuMgCl : Cp 2 ZrCl 2 = 10:(10-14):(22-26):(1.0-1.4), respectively, in argon atmosphere, under normal pressure, in tetrahydrofuran medium as a solvent for 10-14 h. Synthesized magnesium-organic compounds can be used as components of catalytic systems in oligomerization processes and polymerization of olefins and diene hydrocarbon in fine, industrial organic and metalloorganic synthesis, and in synthesis of biologically active preparations also.
