Inductively coupled antenna structure of a mobile phone sim card

2014
The present invention discloses an inductively coupled antenna structure for a mobile phone SIM card, the SIM card comprising a printed body PCB line using steel sheet and the magnetic ferrite sheet made of a metal material; magnetic ferrite sheet placed on the SIM card, each steel sheet into steel net system and overlying the magnetic ferrite sheet; at both ends of each steel sheet are sequentially connected between the corresponding two adjacent PCB line; magnetic iron ferrite sheet receiving member between the steel sheet and the PCB line. The present invention employs a wiring disposed on the SIM card PCB, PCB layout welded steel mesh is formed in the coil loops or bind the metal wiring line, is added in the middle of the coil magnetic ferrite sheet and is the natural equivalent of a ferrite magnetic antenna, this antenna structure, simple processing, low cost, due to the oversized ferrite magnetic material may be employed, the transmission and reception sensitivity of the antenna can be greatly improved.
