Optical measurement system for determining the position of an electrode in the electrochemical machining of components

The present invention relates to apparatus for the electrochemical machining of components with at least one electrode (5) and at least one electrode holder (1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4) with which the electrode is movably supported, said apparatus at least one optical measuring system (7 , 8) for determining the position of the electrode and a method for electrochemical machining of components, in particular with a device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the electrode (5) is moved during the electrochemical machining, wherein the position of the electrode by means of a measuring optical system is detected.
