Optimal design of heavy truck suspension

In order to satisfy the balance between manipulation stability and driving smoothness in the design of vehicle suspension,based on vehicle design optimization and multi-body dynamics,a 3-digital model of heavy truck suspension is developed by virtual simulation,its optimal analysis is carried out,an optimal design method that can make the suspension system parameters match the stiffness parameters is put forward.The results show that: the vehicle dynamic performance can be improved effectively;the direction of suspension stiffness and wheel displacement can be controlled preferably.1 tab,8 figs,10 refs.
