Medical management system and method

The invention discloses a medical management system, comprising dispensing equipment and a background management system, wherein the dispensing equipment comprises a dispensing trolley, medicine cup devices and medicine cup trays; the medicine cup trays are arranged on the dispensing trolley and are put into of the multiple medicine cup devices; a first fixed reader/writer and an indicator lamp are arranged at the bottom of each of the medicine cup devices; each medicine cup device comprises a medicine cup label and a medicine cup which is used for containing medicines; the dispensing trolley comprises a trolley body, a hand-held reader/writer and a display touch screen; and the background management system is used for determining a bound medicine cup device depending on an identity code of a patient read by the hand-held reader/writer, and turning on the indicator lamp in the region of the medicine cup devices. Furthermore, the invention discloses a medicine management method, comprising an intelligent dispensing method; the intelligent dispensing method comprises the steps of: reading a corresponding patient determined by the label of the medicine cup; reading the identity code of the patient, and displaying the information of the patient; and depending on the identity code, displaying the corresponding medicine cup device. According to the system and the method, the accuracy of dispensing is improved.
