Process on the role of miRNA in the regulation of autophagy in cancer

2013
Autophagy is a rigorous catabolic process, playing an important role in tumor development. The miRNAs are found to be important intracellular regulatory molecules, also involved in the development of cancer. At present, the relationship between miRNAs and autophagy has received extensive attention. This paper will make a review on relations between miRNA and autophagy, and its effects on growth and drug sensitivity of tumor cells.
