The present invention relates to a cooling, heating and hot water system of a solar radiation capillary and evaporative cooling, evaporative cooling system, circulating water tank is connected via a circulating pump with water spray, circulating water tank inlet and outlet respectively with first water collector a first trap outlet and inlet connection, first water collector inlet are located in the evaporative cooling system air cooler second water collector outlet and outlet connection, respectively, a first water separator outlet an air cooler connected to a water inlet and a second trap inlet, a second outlet trap inlet and a second water collector, respectively, and the room end of the capillary tube inlet and outlet terminal; fresh air is connected to the room dehumidifier through capillary gravity circulation cabinet disposed in the room and the fresh air dehumidifiers capillary gravity circulation cabinets are connected to the second trap. Simple structure, easy to use, energy conservation, air conditioning in summer and winter to meet the needs of fresh air, domestic hot water demand throughout the year and demand for new wind transitional season.
