Microcomputer controlled packer

2011
The invention provides a microcomputer controlled packer applied to downhole multistage layered operation in oil and gas fields. The microcomputer controlled packer is mainly composed of packing elements, a micromotor, a microcomputer controller, a rotary draw rod, a draw rod support sleeve, a packing element shift ring chute, packing element shift rings, a central tube, a packing element shift ring central connector, a packing element shift ring ribbed plate, a packing element shift ring seal ring and a packing element spacing sleeve. Firstly, the procedures of packer setting and unsetting operations are configured for the microcomputer controller on the ground by the packer, control is performed by time, an upper drive motor and a lower drive motor are configured to perform clockwise rotation and counterclockwise rotation respectively, and an upper shift ring and a lower shift ring are driven by screw threaded connection to move towards two ends, thus compressing an upper packing element and a lower packing element to set; and contrarily, packer unsetting is realized. The microcomputer controlled packer provided by the invention improves the reliability and operability of packer setting or unsetting, simplifies the complexity of conventional packer setting, overcomes the difficulty of unsetting, can be used for multiple stages (10-15 stages), and can realize multi-segment downhole operation of 15-20 segments in the current long horizontal segments by one string, thus improving the downhole operation efficiency.
