Continuous Dice Coefficient: a Method for Evaluating Probabilistic Segmentations

Objective: Overlapping measures are often utilized to quantify the similarity between two binary regions. However, modern segmentation algorithms output a probability or confidence map with continuous values in the zero-to-one interval.
