Underwood Committee and VCAT

Upon its successful election to Government, the State Coalition committed to reviewing the planning system. The Victorian Planning System Ministerial Advisory Committee chaired by Geoff Underwood ('Underwood Committee') was established with wide terms of reference to undertake that review. While the Committee's terms of reference were wide in scope, the Committee was asked to focus on the functional operation of the provisions of the VPP and planning schemes.
