PERBEDAAN STRUKTUR DAN MORFOLOGI DIANTARA TELUR CACING Toxocara

This study was to know about toxocara egg infection at (1) slaughter house area (RPH); (2) dairy farms area (SP) and (3) playground area (PG).The study consist of two stages, first, soil contamination test and secondly, ultra structure morphology assay using SEM.The incidence of Toxocara spp. egg, was significant (p0,01) for T. vitulorum against T. cati, and (p>0,01) for T. canis against T. cati, respectivelly.The structure and morphology were difference among T. vitulorum, (amorph and pit); (2) T. canis, (polygonal and pit) and (3) T. cati, (round and pit) through assay using SEM.
