Experience of psychological intervention and comfort care in treatment of severe hepatitis with artificial liver

Objective:To observe the effect of psychological intervention and comfort care in the treatment of severe hepatitis with artificial liver.Methods:80 patients with severe hepatitis were divided into treatment group(40 cases) and control group(40 cases) at random.The patients in the treatment group received the psychological intervention combined with comfort care and those in the control group received routine nursing.Then,the biochemical indicators and comfort degree of the patients in two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results:In treatment group after treatment,TBiL,ALT,Bur and Cr were significantly fallen,PTA was improved significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).The change of the biochemical indicators in the treatment group was better than that in the controlled group(P0.05).In treatment group after nursing,the comfort degree of the patients were improved significantly(P0.05 or P0.01).The change of the comfort degree of patients in the treatment group was better than the controlled group(P0.05).Conclusion:The patients' mental pressure is relieved by psychological intervention,the comfort level is improved by comfort care,which can promote symptoms relieved and the patients' recovery,and find the effective and feasible nursing methods of artificial liver.
