The invention discloses a solvent-free tricresyl phosphate modified epoxy heavy anticorrosive coating which comprises a component A and a component B, wherein the component A comprises 5-10 percent of E44 epoxy resin, 5-10 percent of NPPN-631 epoxy resin, 1-7.5 percent of tricresyl phosphate, 1-7.5 percent of cumarone resin, 1-5 percent of activated thinner, 0.1-0.5 percent of BYK defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 percent of HX leveling agent, 1-4 percent of multifunctional rheological agent, 5-10 percent of aluminum triphosphate, 5-10 percent of wollastonite powder, 10-20 percent of talcum powder, 5-1 percent of activated silica and 5-10 percent of other pigment fillers; and the component B comprises 10-30 percent of cardanol modified amine and 0.1-0.5 percent of modified silane coupling agent. The solvent-free tricresyl phosphate modified epoxy heavy anticorrosive coating disclosed by the invention can be sprayed by adopting single-component or dual-component high-pressure airless way and has the advantages of strong adhesive power, favorable corrosive performance, low viscosity, long working life, safety in use, energy saving and environment friendliness. One-time coating can reach 300-400mum without sagging.
