Сравнительное изучение влияния тяжелых металлов и пестицида актара на кислотную резистентность эритро-цитов периферической крови сеголеток карпа (Cyprinus carpio L. )
2015
The article investigates the effect of a mixture of heavy metals (Cd2+, Pb2+, Mn2+) and pesticide akhtara on the acid resistance of red blood cells of carp fingerlings. It is shown that when exposed to a mixture of heavy metals compared with the control, regardless of the time of action of toxicants has been a shift acid erythrograms to the left to the 0.5 min, a reduction of hemolysis time to 3 minutes, and the increase in the number of red blood cells undergoing haemolysis at the peak erythrograms. Under the current of the pesticide akhtara notesthe inflow into the bloodstream of young red blood cells, as evidenced by shift of erythrograms to the right. However, the inflowing of young red blood cells accompanied by their rapid destruction. The results allow to conclude that multidirectional mechanisms of heavy metals and pesticides on the membranes of red blood cells, leading as a result to lower their acid stability.
