Super wide fold-resistant projection curtain and production technology thereof

The invention relates to a super wide fold-resistant projection curtain. The width of the projection curtain is 4800+/-2mm, and the projection curtain is formed by applying a reflecting film to a light shielding film. A routine projection cloth generally adopts PVC resin, a cross-linking agent, a plasticizer, calcium carbonate and other raw materials, and has the disadvantages of easy breaking and low folding fastness, and liquid rubber is added in the calendering formula of the above product to solve the problem of difficult elimination of creases of the projection curtain. The liquid rubber adopts polyurethane liquid rubber, and a result of a lot of experiments shows that the addition of a small amount of the liquid rubber and TPU polyurethane realizes the rapid elimination of the creases generated after folding. The new product has the advantages of folding resistance, strong tensile strength, flame retardation and the like.
