Fault Analysis of Carbon Dioxide Blockage in Lower Tower of 10000 m~3/h Air Separator and Disposal Methods

The air separation device with molecular sieve process was used after reconstruction of D air separator(10000 m3/h) of Oxygen Co.of Wuhan Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.The fault causes of carbon dioxide blockage in lower tower of the air separation device under the condition that cooling was guaranteed were analyzed.The disposal methods and preventive measures of the faults were presented.
