Observation of effects of single-fiber polypropy lene mesh on indirect inguinal hernia

Objective Observation of single-fiber polypropylene mesh effect of the treatment of indirect inguinal hernia.Methods 121 cases of indirect inguinal hernia patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 61 cases,60 cases of the control group.The control group used the traditional hernia repair,the treatment group used tension-free hernioplasty with singlefiber polypropylene.observed the effects of the two groups.Results ocal complications of the treatment group of foreign body infection,pain,recurrence compared with the control group were statistically significant differences(P0.05).No other significant differences in complications(P0.05),and no other significant adverse reactions.Conclusion Single-fiber polypropylene mesh to overcome the traditional treatment of indirect inguinal hernia repair many shortcomings,and effects greatly.
