Chemical constituents of volatile oil from Porella paraphyllia

The volatile oil from Porella paraphyllia was obtained by steam distillation,with the content of 0.1%.Twenty chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS,and their relative contents were determined by peak area normalization.Among them,α-Pinene and γ-elemene are the main bioactive constituents in the volatile oil.
