The thoracic-abdominal computed tomography angiography revealed aneurysms on the abdominal aorta, left common femoral artery, and left popliteal artery. The diagnosis was performed by a blood culture positive for Capnocytophaga canimorsus. The outcome was favorable with surgery and antibiotic therapy.
