The invention relates to a synthesis preparation technology for a titanium nanometer high-polymer alloy oilwell pipe coating material. The preparation method comprises the steps: by taking nanometer organic titanium oligomer as a precursor, blending together with nanometer aluminum oxide-modified fluorine-containing polyarylether ketone, and synthesizing and preparing the titanium nanometer high-polymer alloy oilwell pipe coating material through an ultrasonic assisted microwave solid-liquid ball-milling reaction technique. The new high-polymer alloy material has a series of excellent physical and chemical characteristics, and is very applicable to matrix materials of special coatings due to the high hardness, abrasion resistance, high temperature resistance, high-pressure steam resistance, no contamination, scale prevention, aging resistance and the like.
