Antibody that specifically binds Aβ oligomers and uses thereof

The present inventors have succeeded in generating monoclonal antibodies only to the soluble Aβ oligomer-specific but not identified as a physiological molecule soluble Aβ monomers. It proves that the antibodies are useful for Alzheimer's disease diagnostic / therapeutic monoclonal antibodies.
