Open-cast mining of refractory clays at the Latnenskoe clay deposit

Prospects for long-term development of the Voronezh Ore Management Public Joint-Stock Company (VOM PJSC) aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of its products are outlined. A characterization of the geological setting of the Latnenskoe deposit of refractory clay, currently exploited by VOM PJSC, is given, and a detailed description of the structure of productive beds and open-cast mining technology is presented.
