Research on Computer-aided Alignment Based on Vector Aberration Theory

In order to solve the problems in alignment of the wide field refractive camera,the relationship between system wavefront aberration and Zernike coefficient is investigated based on vector aberration theory.The model of misalignment optical system is build and the feasibility of this model using the CODE V software is analyzed.The results show this method can fit the requirement of complex optical system.Under the guidance of vector aberration theory,a TMA system′s wavefront error RMS0.080λ.
