The Civil Liability of Hitchhiking

With the improvement of people's living standard, the number of private cars grow with each passing day. And this is accompanied by frequent traffic accidents, which caused by goodwill pick-up. Hitchhiking is designed to enhance mutual friendship, a friendship behavior conducive to social morality construction. In general, the friendship behavior belongs to the law of outer space, but not adjusted by the law. But if hitchhiking causing damages, the law must do something. This paper firstly study the definition of the hitchhiking, then research the civil liability, the processing rules, and the related system of hitchhiking.
