Micro-fluidic chip

The invention provides a novel micro-fluidic chip. The micro-fluidic chip is sealed by a substrate and a cover plate, and has a basic layer and a micro-fluidic channel located on the basic layer, and at least two coating films are arranged on the surface of the base layer or the surface of the micro-fluidic channel. The outermost layer film of the at least two coating films is a polyimide film, and is of a porous structure. Due to the coating film structure on the surface of the base layer or the surface of the micro-fluidic channel, and particularly due to the three-dimensional porous structure of the micro-fluidic channel covered with the polyimide film with the porous structure, multiple to-be-tested samples and/or reagents can be contained, for example, in protein testing, it is achieved that the sample quantity is detected in a gathered mode, the detection concentration of the to-be-tested samples is increased, and the detection efficiency and the detection sensitivity are improved.
