A is a nitrogen atom or a carbon atom. X 2 is a halogeno group, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, or the like. m is an integer in the range of 0-2 when A is a nitrogen atom, and is an integer in the range of 0-3 when A is a carbon atom. R 1 -R 4 and R 6 -R 9 each independently represent a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, or the like. R 5 is a hydrogen atom, a substituted or unsubstituted C1-6 alkyl group, or the like. k equals 0 or 1, and represents the number of CR 6 R 7 inside the parentheses. h equals 0 or 1, and represents the number of CR 3 R 4 inside the parentheses. Ar is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-10 aryl group, or the like.
