Summary. We present a case of hemodynamic instability after nondisplaced fracture of right pubic ramus, in non anticoagulated patient with active bleeding that caused compression intrapelvic, bilateral hydronephrosis with renal failure, requiring further embolization, bilateral ureteral catheterization and drainage of the hematoma.
