On Dynamic Response Control of Nano Plats by Piezoelectric Layers Using a Mesh Free Method

In the present work the dynamic behavior control of piezoelectric nano-plates with Mesh Free numerical method RPIDQ, with radial point interpolation and GDQ method using nonlocal theory of elasticity is presented. In this numerical method, the variable interpolation using only nodes distributed throughout the plate is carried out. The governing equations discretized by using the interpolation method. The effect of non-local parameter, the ratio of length to width, length to thickness, mechanical force, electrical voltage, temperature and the effect of different boundary conditions on the natural frequency plate using a program written in MATLAB is studied. The results were compared with the results of the literature and show the accuracy of the method used in the present work.The results indicated the natural frequencies are quite sensitive to the mechanical loading and electric loading, while they are insensitive to thethermal loading. increasing nonlocal parameter decreases the natural frequencies.
