The objective of this work was to evaluate the combined effect of bovine manure, Pseudomonasputida and Trichoderma aureoviride on the development of lettuce (Lactuca sativa). Thepromotion of plant growth by microorganisms can be a viable and sustainable alternative forthe management of the lettuce crop. The experimental design was completely randomized withfive treatments: T0 (control without fertilization without P. putida and without T. aureoviride),TE (bovine manure), TEB (bovine manure + P. putida), TEF (bovine manure + T. aureoviride ),TEFB (bovine manure + P. putida + T. aureoviride) and ten replicates each. The following variableswere analyzed: germination speed index (IVG), first count (PC), germination percentage(PG), leaf area index and productivity. The TEFB treatment proved to be a viable alternative forlettuce production, especially for small producers, given that all the local production of olive oilcomes from family farming.
