Stressors research of Junior College Students in the Minority Area

Objective To learn the status of stressors among junior college students in the minority area.Method 853 students in Kangding area were surveyed by ASLEC.The findings were statistically analyzed.Results The effect of negative life event in the descending order is study stress,interpersonal relationship,punishment,health adaptation,feeling of loss,etc.There are significant differences between different nations,beliefs and genders in part of stress and between different grades(P0.05).Conclusion Study stress and interpersonal relationsmp constitute most of junior college stndents' stressors.Culture would be an important factor in school mental health education in Tibetan area.Targeted education is of great significance.
