INVESTIGATION OF THE MORPHOLOGY AND MICROSTRUCTURE OF NANOMETER INDIUM OXIDE POWDER

The morphology, size distribution and microstructure of nanometer indium oxide powder prepared by precipitation method were analyzed through transmission electron microscope and image analyzer. The results showed that the powder had square shape with 10～30nm in size, high purity, nanometer in scale, and uniform distribution, but it′s size distribution varied remarkably with different treatment. The lattice structure of indium oxide powder is body-centerd cubic.
