The invention relates to a zero-vibration rolling classifying screen, belonging to the technical field of a classifying screen. The classifying screen comprises chain wheels, chains, a base, idler wheels, a cover, a positive speed gearbox, a motor, a baffle and a coal screen, wherein the idler wheels are evenly arranged side by side, two ends of each idler wheel are connected on the base by the cover, the motor is connected with one end of an idler wheel by the positive speed gearbox, the chain wheel is connected with the other end of the idler wheel, chain is arranged between chain wheels of every two idler wheels, the baffle is arranged above two sides of the base, and the coal screen is connected with the lower side of the idler wheels. The invention has the advantages that: 1) the zero-vibration design has low noise and little environment pollution and reduces noise harm to human body; 2) when the idler wheels are in an operating mode, the rolling rings are in staggered distribution, the surface is bright and clean, damp coal is hard to adhere, and coal is not blocked with no remaining coal, thereby realizing labor and time saving; 3) the idler wheels are hard and durable, can bear bigger impact force, are hard to deform and have low failure rate; and 4) the chain wheel design has exact transmission ratio and strong overload capacity.
