Структурно-фазовые изменения в электроискровых железоуглеродистых покрытиях при различных температурах их нагрева
2010
The results of investigation of the surface structure-phase transformation of the iron specimens subjected carbonization by the electrosparking method and heating in the temperature range 20-800 oC are given. It is sound that after electrosparking alloying with graphite the surface layer consisting of main austenite and cementite forms with high carbon content in γ-Fe. The austenite quantity reduces with heating and at 300 oC it fully turns into ferrite-cementite mixture (perlite). The specimens heating reduces the value of microstresses, diffraction lines narrow down coming nearer to the annealed armco-iron values.
