Особенности ремоделирования левого желудочка у женщин раннего постменопаузального периода в зависимости от наличия избыточной массы тела, артериальной гипертензии и расстройств вегетативной регуляции сердца

In 140 women in early postmenopausal period, using echocardiography and heart rate variability analysis, functional and structural changes of left ventricle and vegetative regulation disorders are studied in their dependence on excessive body mass and arterial hypertension. It was shown, that the left ventricle remodeling process in women in early postmenopausal period passes naturally several successive stages.
