The invention discloses a resistance-type steel bridge fatigue crack detection device. The device comprises a resistance detection device (7), a resistance calculation device (13) and a probe device, wherein the resistance detection device (7) adopts a double-arm bridge circuit; the probe device includes a slide way (14), a magnet (15), a slider (17), a first resistive probe (19), a second resistance probe (20), a temperature probe (21) and a resistance wire (24); the resistance calculation device (13) is connected with the temperature probe (21) and a resistance wire contact (23); and the resistance detection device (7) is connected with the first resistance probe (19) and the second resistance probe (20). The resistance-type steel bridge fatigue crack detection device can be conveniently carried and operated by actual detection personnel by integrating devices for resistance fault detection as a whole. The probe device is improved to integrate the resistance probe, temperature detection and resistance length detection together, thereby facilitating the use and improving the detection accuracy.
