The high-luster flame retardant polypropylene complex without the precipitates on the surface comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 77.0 to 95.0 percent of polypropylene (PP) resin, 3.5 to 20.0 percent of flame retardant, 0.3 to 1.5 percent of antioxidant, 0.3 to 1.5 percent of light stabilizer and 0.3 to 1.5 percent of processing aid. The high-luster flame retardant polypropylene complex without the precipitates on the surface has excellent flame retardance, high surface lustrousness, low specific gravity, excellent weather resistance and high surface hardness, rigidity and heat resistance, does not have the precipitates on the surface, is easy to machine, and can be widely applied to the field of electronic and electric products; and the flame retardant rating can reach UL94V-2 and UL94V-0, and the surface lustrousness is between 90 and 95 percent.
