APPLICATION OF COMBINING DETECTION OF AFP,GGT AND GPC3 IN DIAGNOSIS OF PRIMARY HEPATIC CANCER

2012
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of separating and combining detection of serum tumor marker alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),glutamyltranspeptidase(GGT) and glypican 3(GPC3) in diagnosis of primary hepatic cancer(PHC).Methods:Electrochemiluminescence was used to detect AFP,velocity method to detect GGT,ELISA to detect GPC3 in serum of 55 PHC patients from 2009.8 to 2011.7.Results:The level of GPC3,GGT and AFP in serum of PHC patients were respectively 81.8%,90.9% and 74.5%,which were obviously higher than healthy persons(P0.01).Separating detection, the detection rate of GPC3 was the highest;2 indexes combining detection,AFP+GPC3 was the best;the sensibility and accuracy of 3 indexes combining detection elevated, but specificity decreased.Conclusions:GPC3,GGT and AFP have fairly diagnostic value for PHC.Combining detection of GPC3+AFP can obviously increase the diagnostic rate of PHC,especially for patients that AFP is negative or low concentration.
